We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names or email addresses from chat messages unless voluntarily provided. Users should not enter PII in chat messages. We offer an optional feature to automatically scrub PII from chat inputs, including listing-related data, to enhance privacy.

    When you register for an account, we collect:

  • Email Address: To send account-related communications, updates, and respond to inquiries.

  • Human Supervision: Our team of AI experts may access chat inputs and outputs to review and improve response accuracy, subject to strict confidentiality and security measures.

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information to comply with legal requirements, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect the rights, safety, or property of BizDriver.ai, our users, or others.

  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to a successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
    We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

  1. Chat Data:

  • Customer Accounts: Chat history, including inputs for custom HTML layouts, is retained for 1 year by default. Customers may adjust retention settings to between 7 days and 1 year via their account settings.

  • BizDriver.ai Website: Chat history from our website’s chat widget is retained for 30 days.

  • AI Improvement: Inputs and outputs used for the auto-tuning feedback loop or human supervision may be retained for up to 2 years to ensure continuous accuracy, unless you request deletion (subject to legal requirements).

  1. Account and Contact Form Data: We retain registration and contact form information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, respond to inquiries, or comply with legal obligations.

  2. Deletion: After the retention period or upon your request, we delete or anonymize your information, except where required by law (e.g., for tax or audit purposes).

Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

When using features like custom HTML layouts, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, lawful data that does not infringe third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks) or violate applicable laws (e.g., advertising regulations).

  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs, including custom HTML layouts, for accuracy and suitability before use.
    We provide outputs under a non-exclusive license for your use, subject to our Terms of Service. You bear sole responsibility for any third-party claims arising from your use of AI-generated content.

International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. Governing Law
