Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

BizDriver.ai Data Processing & AI Model Training Commitment

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the agreement between BizDriver.ai and the Customer regarding the processing of Customer Data in connection with the BizDriver.ai services.

1. Customer Data

“Customer Data” includes any data, content, prompts, chat logs, uploaded files, user inputs, event data, analytics data, or other information submitted to or processed by the BizDriver.ai platform by the Customer or its end users.

2. Purpose of Processing

BizDriver.ai processes Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, supporting, securing, and improving the functionality of the services requested by the Customer.

3. No AI Model Training

BizDriver.ai will not use Customer Data, including event data, user inputs, prompts, uploaded content, chat logs, or AI interaction history, to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized AI models or foundation machine learning models.

Customer Data is processed exclusively to provide the contracted services and related support functions.

4. Third-Party AI Providers

BizDriver.ai may utilize trusted third-party AI and cloud service providers to process Customer Data as necessary to provide the services. Where available, BizDriver.ai uses providers whose API and enterprise terms prohibit the use of submitted data for generalized AI model training.

5. Confidentiality & Security

BizDriver.ai implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • Monitoring and security best practices

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Customer Data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Upon request and subject to applicable legal requirements, BizDriver.ai will delete or return Customer Data within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

7. Customer Ownership

The Customer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. Nothing in this DPA grants BizDriver.ai ownership rights over Customer Data.
